Pavers Immigration Services Inc. exists for one reason: to give people honest, competent, accountable help immigrating to Canada. We are Canada-focused by design — one country's programs, studied deeply, applied carefully.

Ruth is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the federal body that regulates immigration consulting in Canada. Every assessment, strategy, and application at Pavers is prepared under her professional responsibility.

How we work
- Assessment before engagement. We tell you whether a realistic pathway exists before you retain us — and if none does, we say so.
- Written agreements, flat fees. Scope and fees are agreed in writing before any work begins, as CICC rules require.
- No guarantees, ever. Decisions belong to IRCC alone. Anyone promising an approval is breaking the rules that protect you.
- Your file, your access. You see what we submit and receive copies of everything filed on your behalf.
Why Canada only
Immigration programs change monthly — draw categories shift, streams open and close, documentation rules evolve. We chose depth over breadth: by working exclusively with Canadian programs, we keep our knowledge current enough to plan strategies, not just fill forms.
