Francophone Mobility
If you speak French at an intermediate level or better, the Francophone Mobility program lets a Canadian employer outside Quebec hire you without an LMIA — removing the slowest, most uncertain step in the work permit process.
Why this route is fast
Because no LMIA is required, employers face less cost and paperwork, which makes them far more willing to hire from abroad. French-speaking candidates also benefit from dedicated Express Entry draws and provincial streams, so the same language skills can carry you all the way to PR.
How we help
- French language assessment planning (TEF/TCF)
- Employer education and offer-of-employment filing
- Work permit application preparation and submission
- Long-term PR planning through francophone pathways
