Family Sponsorship

Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor close family members for permanent residence. These applications are decided as much on the evidence of your relationship as on the forms — presentation matters.

Who you can sponsor

  • Spouses, common-law and conjugal partners (inland or outland)
  • Dependent children, including adopted children
  • Parents and grandparents through the annual intake — or a Super Visa for long visits of up to five years at a time

How we help

  • Sponsor and applicant eligibility review
  • Relationship evidence strategy for spousal files
  • Complete application preparation and submission
  • Responses to procedural fairness letters and interviews
